Refunds & disputes

Books are sold via Amazon, and the community program is run by us. Here's how each works.

Book refunds (Amazon)

All books are fulfilled by Amazon. Refunds, returns, and shipping issues are handled directly by Amazon under their standard policy. Use the order's "Return or replace" option in your Amazon account.

Points & raffle entries

Points awarded from a verified purchase will be reversed if the underlying Amazon order is later refunded or charged back. Raffle tickets minted from that purchase become void. We'll explain any adjustment in your dashboard ledger.

Payout disputes

If a payout looks wrong, reply to the payout notification within 30 days and we'll review the ledger entries together. We don't charge fees on top of the payment processor's costs.

Fraud

Submissions found to be fraudulent (fake orders, photoshopped selfies, stolen images of completed pages) result in account suspension and forfeiture of any pending payout. We may report serious cases.
